SchermCo will offer an interactive, two-day professional development opportunity based on key aspects and processes to empower school leaders and their administration team to support family partnerships at their school. These professional development sessions would cover the following areas related to their model:

• Mindsets towards families

• Family empowerment committees

• Family engagement + leveraging data

• Family engagement + evaluation

• Community partnerships

• Fundraising and sustainability

• Implementation of the model
